Thousands of Open Britain supporters contributed to our spring survey, asking you how you're feeling about the government, what you're worried about, and where you want us to go next.

These numbers paint a stark picture, but they also reveal a movement that’s wide awake, determined, and ready to meet this political moment.

Many of you told us that you felt hopeful when Labour won the election, but that now you’re feeling disappointed, even angry, as Keir Starmer doubles down on an electoral strategy that’s lurching to the right and attempting to out-Farage-Farage.

His approach is yet another sign that our democracy is broken, and is failing to work for the vast majority of people.

This isn’t what people voted for. It isn’t what they want. And it doesn’t even appear to be working.

If we’re going to see a politics that listens to people’s very real concerns and prioritise the big issues of our time – rather than niche culture wars – we need to fix our democracy head on.

That means a proportional voting system, ending dark money, and tackling disinformation in the debate.

The system won’t change itself. That’s why we’re building a power base inside Parliament and an irresistible public demand outside.

* Speaking up on Britain’s broken democratic system, and how we fix it.
* Growing a grassroots movement that isn’t afraid to demand more, and won’t be silenced by right-wing culture wars.
