Now more than ever, advocates in the anti-trafficking field are struggling to navigate the rapidly changing policy landscape. This challenge is only exacerbated by the frequent conflicting information and lack of clear communication from federal partners.

Join our Sr. Policy Specialist, Emma Ecker, to learn about major changes to human trafficking-related policies in 2025, including:

Legislative progress and challenges
Agency guidance and rulemaking
Chilling effects on vulnerable communities

We will discuss how Congress's budget proposals and legislative priorities impact survivors, how agency rulemaking and guidance limit service access, and how broader policy changes are impacting the communities most vulnerable to trafficking. You'll also learn how to target advocacy efforts based on the issues most important to you as an advocate.

Any information submitted will be confidential and only used to assess eligibility. People of color, people with lived experience, and other traditionally marginalized applicants are eligible to receive support.

FNUSA is committed to supporting those who have access to the fewest resources. Therefore, applicants who work full-time for an anti-trafficking organization should be funded by their organization. We anticipate there will be significant interest, and while FNUSA would like to provide funding to all eligible applicants, we are limited based on the amount of funding available.
