Like many of you, Kamala Harris has watched, appalled, at Donald Trump's deployment of the National Guard and United States Marines into Los Angeles.

Let's be clear: those deployments are not about public safety, they're about provoking chaos and stoking fear.

And just yesterday — as United States Senator Alex Padilla was representing millions of Californians who are demanding answers he was attacked, wrestled to the ground and handcuffed.

It is out of control behavior.
