Common Future’s inaugural Policy and Advocacy Futurist-in-Residence is Cheyenne Eete Kippenberger (Seminole Tribe of Florida). Cheyenne has nearly a decade of experience in public speaking and cultural advocacy. Through her work on mental wellness, civic engagement, and environmental protection, she is committed to empowering Indigenous communities and shifting public narratives. In this residency, Cheyenne will focus on Tribal and Indigenous sovereignty as a core climate justice strategy, partnering with Indigenous leaders and informing Common Future’s approach to this work.
