Hey John,
To get you excited about this summer's event in New Orleans, we're hosting some virtual panels and trainings in July – and I hope you'll make plans to attend.
If you're already registered to attend Netroots Nation in person, you'll have access to these virtual sessions. And if you can't make it to NOLA, you can purchase a low-cost virtual ticket that gives you access to virtual sessions in July, plus more than 40 hours of content that will be streamed from New Orleans in August.
Virtual tickets also grant you access to our event app, where you can interact with both in-person and virtual attendees. All virtual sessions will be recorded; so if you can't catch them live, you can watch when it's convenient for you.
Here's a peek at some of the virtual content coming up (check out our full agenda here):
- Organizing in an Authoritarian State: Lessons from Abroad
- State Legislatures: From the Ground Up
- Designs on Democracy: Roles and Responsibilities of Creatives
- Engaging with Local News Outlets: How to Influence Media Narratives
- Digital Rapid Response: How to Be Ready When the Moment Strikes
- Making Politics Hot: Engaging Non-Political Creators
- How Marginalized Communities Can Spot and Counter Authoritarianism
- Inclusion is Power: Strengthening Advocacy with Disability Justice
- Messaging Training: Bringing Latinos into Your Coalition
- How to Calm Down Fast When Politics Stresses You Out
Whether you are planning to join us in person or watch from home, we can't wait to see you! Click here to get your virtual or in-person ticket now.
See you online next month!
