Good afternoon, This Saturday, we are hosting a Flag Day barbecue in Haslett to celebrate my great grandfather, Congressman Louis Rabaut, and his legislation to add “Under God” to the Pledge of Allegiance. It was 71 years ago this week that President Eisenhower signed the legislation and my family is incredibly proud of his legacy.
