Being seen and finding your people, or even one person, is known to contribute to an increase in happiness, improved health and a better quality of life. Our Autism and LGBTQ+ identities welcomes all to come do that. Autistic queer adults can find lessons learned from others living out and proud and self-advocacy tips to get their needs met.
