Team — This week RFK Jr. fired all 17 members of a crucial panel that guides CDC policy on vaccines.

17 experts who have dedicated themselves to promoting the safety and success of vaccines and ensuring no one gets sick or dies from entirely preventable diseases.

17 experts who are desperately needed as the anti-vaccination movement, thanks to RFK Jr., gains steam and the US measles outbreak worsens.

RFK Jr. has once again shown his true colors: He’s anti-science, anti-medicine, and dangerous for our nation.

RFK Jr. sat in front of my Senate committee and told us he was not anti-vaccine. I didn’t believe him, and I voted against his nomination to lead HHS because he has spread conspiracy theories and outright lies about vaccines throughout his time in public life.

Now we are seeing the consequences of the GOP and Trump allowing a man like RFK Jr. to lead our nation’s health care policies. He is now empowered to replace this panel with fellow vaccine skeptics and conspiracy theorists, which will ultimately lead to more needless illnesses and deaths.

I’m calling on everyone who believes in science and understands the stakes of what RFK Jr. is doing to join me in saying enough is enough.
