Friend, my mind is on the children of Gaza today. Thousands of young lives are at risk of starvation, the UN has warned. Heartbreaking reports indicate that families are facing severe famine, and the situation only grows more dire by the day.
We cannot turn away from human suffering. We cannot turn away from the children of Gaza.

Our compassionate supporters who help fuel our work give me HOPE. My colleagues who are on the ground in Gaza, delivering lifesaving care, give me HOPE. And because of this, we did not turn away from Magdy.
Magdy was born a healthy, robust baby boy. But after the war began, his mother struggled to find food for herself, and with no access to formula, she couldn’t produce milk for her son.
The situation got worse when Magdy came down with a cold. He stopped gaining weight. He became lethargic and withdrawn. And when it came time to introduce food, he refused everything.
Magdy’s mom rushed him to our clinic in Khan Younis, where our team gave him therapeutic nutrition packets and regular care. Today, he’s eating again — and slowly regaining his strength. His mother credits our clinic with saving his life.
But our work is in danger after major funding cuts, and all six of our clinics in Gaza are at risk of closing—leaving over 300,000 children like Magdy and their families without critical care.
To help meet the urgency of the moment, I’ve set an emergency goal to raise $376,000 by June 30 — enough to keep all six of our clinics open for one month and continue caring for children like Magdy in Gaza, and to support people urgent need in the countries we work. And I need your help to reach it.
Children in Gaza are running out of time. Please, rush an emergency gift today to help deliver lifesaving care in Gaza and to people facing health crises and conflict around the world, wherever the need is greatest.

Urgent situations like Magdy’s are only increasing with the worsening conditions in Gaza. Project HOPE’s medical teams are working tirelessly to save lives, but they continue to face nearly impossible challenges. Following major funding cuts and extensive supply shortages, our clinics have seen a surge in patients — going from 150 visits a day to over 400. Parents are lining up outside our clinics in desperation, often because we’re the only source of support left.
We are one of the last medical organizations still operating on the ground in southern Gaza. And as too many families await the limited aid trickling into Gaza, your support can make all the difference.
Please, Friend, rush an emergency gift right now. Your donation today can help deliver emergency aid, clean water, and critical medical care to children and families at risk of starvation in Gaza — while powering our mission to save lives around the globe.
