Did you know that 1,200 families each month are turning to Families in Transition for help putting food on the table?

This year alone, we’ve seen a 10% increase in families accessing our food pantry. More than 300 households visit our food pantry on a weekly basis. Your support during NH Gives matters.

This 24-hour, online fundraising event is the state's largest day of giving, and with your help, we can fill a critical need for Families in Transition to provide support for people facing food insecurity in our community.
