John,
Trump invoked Title 10 to deploy 2,000 California National Guard troops to
quash protests in response to ICE raids—an unprecedented move since the
   L.A. uprising in 1992.
The National Guard has been federalized numerous times in our nation’s
history—most notably during the Civil Rights Movement, when it was
deployed to protect those demanding justice from violent white
   supremacists trying to stop them.
This military crackdown in Los Angeles—and in cities across the
country—comes just one week before Trump’s $100 million military parade, a
spectacle designed to soothe MAGA’s wounded ego after a week of
   humiliation and retreat.
But the people are fighting back in cities across the country. Find your
local immigrant rights group, and see how you can show up for the fight.

Every day people like us are gathering and opposing the MAGA regime’s
incursion into their communities. People are putting their bodies on the
line, protesting, creating blockades, organizing car caravans, and using
their voices to block ICE’s abductions.
Women’s March doesn’t follow the headlines—we follow the people on the
front lines. And the people in cities like Los Angeles, New York, Chicago,
and communities across Massachusetts who are leading a bold, disciplined
   civil disobedience at this moment.
We are every day people locking arms to defend the vulnerable, putting our
bodies between armored vehicles and our communities, lifting our voices in
song and ridicule and defiance in the face of our communities being
conscripted into Trump’s escalating attacks on our communities.
This fight is our fight—and we’ll be there at every step.
