Recently, I saw another attack aimed right at me — this time over standing up for fairness in women’s sports. Comments like, “Female bodies are just as strong and fast as male bodies? She must have never played a competitive sport.” And the implication that fairness is some kind of joke.
Let me be clear: These attacks aren’t about protecting women, they’re about scoring political points and creating culture war headlines while ignoring the real issues facing Pennsylvania families.
And I won’t take the bait.
Instead, I’ll keep focusing on what truly matters: like fighting to pass laws that protect our children from gun violence — because it’s devastating families every single day. I’m working to make sure our public schools are safe, welcoming, and well-funded — not treated like battlegrounds or business ventures. And I’m pushing back on policies that prioritize politics over people.
The truth is, I don’t have time to get distracted by every attempt to silence or belittle me. Because the stakes are too high. And that’s why I’m asking you today:
