Thank you so much for all of you calling the McIntosh County Sheriff and the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service in Oklahoma today!

The location was cleared out quickly. We are unsure if the cockfighters were tipped off, or if law enforcement showed up. In any case the cockfight is over.

There was one interesting attendee at this cockfight.

Anthony DeVore (in blue t-shirt and cap) is the president of the Oklahoma Gamefowl Commission.

We always knew they were a front group for cockfighters, but they like to pretend otherwise. After an OGC district director was kicked out of the organization for cockfighting about two years ago, Anthony DeVore made the following statement ‘“The Oklahoma Gamefowl Commission does not promote, condone nor participate in any illegal activities”

Now Anthony DeVore, himself, was just caught at an illegal cockfight.
