John –
I'm running for U.S. Senate because I believe in something simple but powerful: that every Iowan deserves to be heard, valued, and represented.
I grew up in a working-class family in Sioux City. My dad was a high school teacher and coach. My mom worked in public health. We didn't have a lot, but we had enough – and we believed in pitching in for our neighbors and standing up for what's right.
Somewhere along the way, our government lost that.
Today, the system works just fine if you're a billionaire CEO or a giant corporation. But if you're a family farmer, a teacher, a nurse, or just trying to make ends meet, you're being pushed further and further to the margins.
That's why I'm in this race. I'm here to fight for the 99% – the folks who make this state work and who deserve a senator who actually works for them.
Joni Ernst has had her chance, and she's chosen again and again to side with big money over everyday Iowans. We can't afford more of the same.
This campaign is about something bigger than one race. It's about reclaiming what politics is supposed to be: people standing together to build a better future.
But here's the truth: we can't do it without you. Grassroots campaigns like this one only grow when folks like you chip in and help fuel the fight. Right now, our average contribution is well under $100 – and they're adding up to make this a movement.
If you believe in our mission, if you believe Iowa's Senate seat belongs to the people, not the powerful, please make a contribution of $11 today.
