Right now, House Republicans are pushing a cruel new budget plan that would gut the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Sign the petition to demand your representatives vote NO on SNAP cuts. Kids’ lives are on the line.
The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities warns that these cuts could push millions of people off SNAP entirely, including vulnerable children, seniors, and people with disabilities. The Economic Policy Institute has also sounded the alarm: these changes would disproportionately harm families of color and deepen racial and economic inequality.
Tell Congress: Hands off SNAP. Protect our kids. Reject any plan that takes food away from families in need.
