Learn about the 2025 Statewide Pumpout Assessment

The Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Grant Program [ [link removed] ] helps develop and maintain the statewide pumpout network [ [link removed] ] through annual grant funding.

The Washington Recreational Pumpout Facilities Assessment [ [link removed] ] is a critical step to informing our state’s investments in recreational boating infrastructure, maintain state eligibility for Clean Vessel Act (CVA) and other grant funds, and improve critical habitat conditions for salmon, shellfish, and other species.
