Trump is using the U.S. military to throw himself a lavish birthday parade — straight out of the authoritarian playbook — and it’s expected to cost tens of millions in taxpayer dollars. While Trump rails against so-called “wasteful spending,” he’s greenlighting a multi-million-dollar military parade to celebrate himself. All while he and House Republicans push a bill slashing Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security — and his reckless tariffs drive up prices for working families across the country and here in Georgia. This isn’t just vanity — it’s a warning sign. We can’t ignore the threat.
