EDF, Moms Clean Air Force and our partners celebrated a major victory in Colorado — now the first state in the U.S. to adopt standards requiring oil and gas producers to phase in zero-emitting equipment at existing production sites. This landmark rule will significantly cut methane and other toxic pollution from one of the country’s top oil-producing states.

And on the east coast, we’re working to advance the Climate Resilient New York Act of 2025, helping reduce the risks that New Yorkers face from climate-driven storms and weather, including flooding and extreme heat.
