You may have seen that yesterday, Transgender Law Center secured a powerful victory in our Kingdom v. Trump lawsuit on behalf of trans people in federal prisons who have been denied medically-necessary care and gender-affirming commissary items [[link removed]].

We secured a preliminary injunction and a class certification, which together mean that the federal government's cruel new policy will be halted as we proceed with our lawsuit—and halted for ALL trans people in federal custody, not just our plaintiffs.

When we fight back together, these kinds of wins are possible, and with your support, we will keep showing up to demand dignity, safety, and care for all trans people, especially those most vulnerable to systems of violence.
