Your Home Is the Most Important Mission Field

Dear John,

One week from today, we will transition from the Old to the New Testament and begin the book of Matthew in our Stand on the Word journey through the Bible. And we are kicking it off with a 21-Day Family Bible Challenge!

According to research conducted by the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University, fewer than 3% of children from Christian homes are developing a biblical worldview.

That includes kids who grow up in church, attend Christian schools, and are homeschooled.

The problem isn't just what they're learning elsewhere - it's that many parents aren't sure how to pass on a biblical foundation themselves. And as found in studies by Dr. George Barna, Senior Research Fellow in FRC's Center for Biblical Worldview, a child's worldview begins forming as early as 15 months and is nearly set by age 13.

That's why we created the Family Bible Challenge - to help families open the Bible together and form deep, lasting faith.

Over three weeks, starting Wednesday, June 11, your family will walk through the Gospel of Matthew with simple daily readings and creative tools to guide conversation.

In just 10-15 minutes a day, you'll help your children and grandchildren understand what Scripture says about life, truth, and their place in the world.

Here's What is Included:

  • A daily reading plan and companion study guide, Matthew: The King and His Kingdom
  • Conversation questions for Sunday reflections
  • Thoughtful prompts for kids and teens
  • Creative activities and coloring sheets
  • Weekday devotional videos from Tony Perkins

What you do today will echo in your children's faith tomorrow.

We are so thankful that you have been reading through God's word with us. Because of its transformative power, we are confident that you know firsthand how important it is to share it with the next generation.

Beginning the New Testament is a great opportunity to invite someone to jump into reading the Bible with you. We hope you will join us for the Family Bible Challenge and will also forward this to a few friends you know would be interested!
