Dear A.,

Following recent
[link removed]
reports of a U.S. nuclear proposal to Iran, President Trump
[link removed]
stated clearly : "Under our potential Agreement — WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY ENRICHMENT OF URANIUM."

This important reaffirmation of U.S. policy also comes following
[link removed]
reports from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that highlight Iran’s illicit nuclear activities, its violations of its nuclear agreements and its efforts to deceive the world about its nuclear program.

Any nuclear agreement with Iran must achieve the Trump administration’s stated goal of verifiably and permanently dismantling Iran’s nuclear program, including ending its uranium enrichment capability. To be effective, these talks must be time-bound and coupled with continued maximum economic pressure and a credible threat of military force.

Highlighting the importance of the talks being time-bound, reports indicate that Iran is working to
[link removed]
rebuild its air defense capabilities in preparation for the possibility of an Israeli or U.S. strike against its nuclear program of negotiations do not succeed.

"Experts say many elements of Iran's air defenses remain intact or appear to have been repaired in recent months," following significant damage from Israeli strikes, the Financial Times
[link removed]
reports . "Western intelligence assessments and satellite imagery reviewed by defense analysts suggest that Iran has since repositioned several surface-to-air missile launchers, including S-300 systems, near key nuclear sites such as Natanz and Fordow."

As negotiations continue, Senator Charles Schumer rightly said, "Any deal between the U.S. and Iran must be one Congress and the public can fully and transparently evaluate."

This is mandatory under the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act and provides valuable leverage for our negotiators that should be utilized.

More than seven million meals delivered in Gaza as Hamas is "losing its grip"

The American-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) announced that it has
[link removed]
distributed more than seven million meals to Gazans since it began operating eight days ago.

Earlier today, the GHF
[link removed]
added that it "succeeded in exploring a new women-only distribution lane" to help facilitate further deliveries.

Hamas is determined to prevent the successful distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza through mechanisms outside its control, including through spreading propaganda and
[link removed]
shooting at Gazans trying to collect aid .

Meanwhile, Hamas is facing increased pressure from both the IDF and Gazan civilians. Earlier today, the Union of Clans and Tribes of the Southern Gaza Strip condemned Hamas for refusing to accept the ceasefire proposal,
[link removed]
saying , "We hold Hamas and the Palestinian factions responsible for the ongoing bloodshed and destruction."

Also in southern Gaza, the IDF is continuing to dismantle terrorist infrastructure, including terror tunnels, and eliminate terrorists.

As a result of this joint pressure, IDF Spokesperson Brig.-Gen. Effie Defrin
[link removed]
said today that, "Hamas is losing its grip on the population in Gaza and its control over humanitarian aid."

Terrorist attacks pro-Israel Americans in Boulder, Colorado

AIPAC is outraged and heartbroken about the terrorist attack on pro-Israel Americans in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday.

This attack once again highlights the danger of parroting anti-Israel propaganda championed by Hamas, frequently heard at universities and rallies across the country.

You can read AIPAC's statement on the attack

here .

Rockets and missiles launched from Syria and Yemen

[link removed]
Two rockets were launched from southern Syria at the Golan Heights today, the first rocket attack on Israel from Syria since May 2024 and since the collapse of the Assad regime in December.

Both rockets fell in open areas. The IDF responded with artillery fire toward the source of the rockets.

Also today, the Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen launched another
[link removed]
ballistic missile at Israel, forcing millions of Israelis across central Israel into bomb shelters.

The missile was intercepted by Israel's advanced Arrow missile defense system, which we have successfully lobbied Congress to help fund for more than three decades.

Since mid-March, the Houthis have launched 45 ballistic missiles and at least 10 drones at Israel.
