permit at all times while armed or face CRIMINAL prosecution and LOSS
OF RIGHTS!

allows state and local governments to ban carry on ALL public property
- which defeats the entire point of the bill!
- H.R. 38
only protects ONE handgun, ONE magazine, and ONLY the ammunition,
which creates a felony trap every time you carry!
