Provider Enrollment Revalidation Flexibilities Extended to Nov. 30
The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) have extended revalidation due date and enrollment gap closure flexibilities through Nov. 30, 2025.
Key Updates:

Revalidation Due Date Extension: Providers that are due for revalidation between Dec. 13, 2024, and Nov. 30, 2025, will receive an additional 180 calendar days to complete revalidation in PEMS.

Retroactive Enrollment: Providers disenrolled between Nov. 1, 2023 and Dec. 12, 2024, who revalidate by Nov. 30, 2025, may have their enrollment period backdated up to 365 days.
