I’m Dr. Annie Andrews, a pediatrician, a mom of three, and the Democrat
running for U.S. Senate to defeat Republican Lindsey Graham in South
Carolina.
If we flip this seat, we can end Lindsey Graham’s career and help
Democrats retake the Senate, and expand the map for Democrats in future

Let me introduce myself.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years serving my community as a pediatrician,
treating everything from asthma and violent trauma to the emotional toll
of growing up in poverty.
I’ve seen what bad policy does to good families — and I’ve seen kids
suffer because people like Lindsey Graham would rather protect their own
power than protect children.
In 2022, after 15 years of working in hospitals, I ran for Congress
because I knew our kids needed a voice in Washington. I lost — and I told
my oldest daughter I wouldn’t run again.
But then Trump's chaos came back.
And Lindsey Graham? He cheered.
The truth is, I’m scared. And I’m angry. And I’m done waiting.
So I’m stepping up — because our kids, and this country can’t afford
another six years of Lindsey Graham.
