Birding is for everyone. That’s why our chapters, nature centers, and sanctuaries nationwide host “Let’s Go Birding Together” events, celebrating the diversity of our communities and the outdoors. Since its launch in 2016 by Jason St. Sauver, senior education manager at Spring Creek Prairie Audubon Center in Denton, Nebraska, the Let’s Go Birding Together program has been welcoming those who identify as LGBTQ, allies, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy a positive and inclusive outdoor experience.
