We're about to have two cases pending review at the U.S. Supreme Court.
As a private school state championship game at the Orange Bowl in Florida was getting ready to start, state officials told Cambridge Christian School they could not pray over the loudspeaker. They said the school’s prayer would serve as the state’s endorsement of religion.
We know, because of our precedent-setting win for Coach Joe Kennedy, that’s just not the case.
That’s why this week we'll ask the justices to set the Florida High School Athletic Association straight so that this type of censorship on religious freedom doesn’t happen again.
First Liberty's Jeremy Dys tells us more about this case and gives us the latest developments in our other cases for Marisol Arroyo-Castro and Pastor Avell:

On June 24th, we will be hosting our 3rd Annual First Freedom Day. And we want you to join us in celebrating the anniversaries of our four precedent-setting victories at the Supreme Court.
We'll come to you Live! throughout the day, introduce you to the next generation of leaders in the fight for faith and feature updates on our latest initiatives to help preserve the future of religious freedom.
The month of June also marks the end of another great year of ministry. As we close out this fiscal year, we want to let you know that we need your help to make sure that we are in a position of financial strength for the second half of 2025.
Your support is critical to keeping First Liberty’s legal team on the frontlines in the fight for faith.
That’s why a group of generous donors has come forward with a $500,000 Challenge Grant. Every dollar you give will have a multiplied impact in the fight to secure the blessings of liberty for our children and grandchildren.
But you must take advantage of this increased impact of your gift before June 30th.
Our faithful clients are counting on YOU to stand with them in the fight for religious liberty.
Will you join First Liberty as we protect people of faith across America?
Yes! I’ll make a gift today >>
