EDUCATOR SPOTLIGHT
Erin Martin
Erin Martin
1st grade teacher
Dubois K-12 School, FCSD#2
Erin Martin is an innovative and engaging educator who creates a dynamic and supportive learning environment for her first graders. Her exceptional classroom management fosters a structured yet joyful space where students thrive. She designs creative, hands-on activities that keep students engaged, culminating in interactive Celebrations of Learning for each unit in partnership with the Kiwanis Club. Her small group instruction ensures that every student receives the support they need, and she goes even further by collaborating with the kindergarten teacher to provide enrichment for advanced readers. Though only in her second year at Dubois, Erin has already become an essential member of the K-5 PLC and school team, bringing energy, expertise, and a deep commitment to student success.
“Mrs. Martin has a gift for making every child feel seen, supported, and excited to learn. Her ability to create a warm, structured classroom while designing engaging, hands-on experiences is truly inspiring. Our school is lucky to have her!”
– Jennifer Bowles, 9-12 ELA Teacher, Dubois K-12 School, FCSD#2
