Hey! There’s more of you here than ever before—and we know why. Whether you’re the 99% or the 1%, we’ve all felt the damage caused by the wealth-hoarding aspirations of Trump and Musk. The system’s cracks have become chasms. For many of us, what once felt theoretical—fascism, climate collapse, unchecked greed and power—is hitting home. If you’re feeling shaken, pissed, and ready to do something about it, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to the ones...
* seeing these headlines and feeling sick.
* watching their rights, safety, and future go up in smoke.
* who want to fight the broligarchy.
* who want to fight, but don’t know where to start.
* looking for a political home with bite, not bullshit.
* who refuse to retreat.
We are Resource Generation, a multiracial membership community of young people with wealth and class privilege. We are the 10% and we are fighting. We’re moving money, building power, and organizing together for a future where we all have enough.
If you’re ready to stop watching and start taking action—you’re in the right place. Ready to learn more? Join us throughout June [[link removed]] for our spring membership drive event lineup:
Donors Against MAGA: How Donors Can Stand Up to Trump & Musk’s Agenda [[link removed]]
Wednesday, June 11, 7-8:30pm ET
Co-hosted by our sibling organization RG Action and allied donor networks, this event is a welcoming entry point for those who are not yet connected to donor organizing networks but are ready to learn, build relationships, and organize their resources in solidarity with movements on the frontlines. We encourage you to invite your family and friends who might find a political home with us or our partners.
Still We Build: The State of our Movements [[link removed]]
Monday, June 16, 7-8:30pm ET
In many of our lifetimes, the stakes have never been higher for social movements. From reproductive justice to immigrant justice, movements are under attack. What does this moment demand from us? How do we ensure movements have the resources, strategy, and people power needed to thrive? We’re bringing together movement leaders from M4BL, Popular Democracy, and local Social Justice Funds to break down the current landscape—wins, challenges, and how they are orienting to what’s next.
Brick by Brick: How to Build Your Political Home [[link removed]]
Thursday, June 26th, 7-9pm ET
Join us for a storytelling celebration, where we’ll reflect on the work we’ve done in the first half of the year and get ready for what comes next. We’ll share organizing wins, uplift our learnings, and invite you to join RG as a political home where we – alongside our movement partners – collectively push back against the violence of authoritarianism and extreme wealth accumulation. RG Chapter and Working Group members will share valuable lessons learned about base-building through our inaugural Organizer Praxis cohort, how to invite people into our work for the equitable distribution of wealth, land, and power, and how to raise vital funds for partners while sustaining our own organizing.
CHAPTER UPDATES
Motherful leaders and RG Ohio members smile for the camera after sharing a meal to kick off our annual retreat! [[link removed]] Ohio Chapter
RG Ohio is officially launching our 2025 resource mobilization campaign for Motherful, a multiracial grassroots collective of single mothers in Columbus, Ohio! In addition to sustaining Motherful's critical mutual aid work in the face of federal funding cuts, this campaign aims to seed development for the Motherful Village, a housing cooperative designed by and for single mothers in Franklin County. Motherful embodies the principles of the solidarity economy in everything they do, and RG Ohio looks forward to growing in relationship with them!
This is an overview of the info provided in the text about the learning journey, and additional information indicating that friday will be a welcome dinner, saturday is the learning journey, and sunday will be a brunch [[link removed]] D.C Chapter
The D.C. Chapter is hosting a Learning Journey visiting cooperatives and community-driven projects June 27-29th, and RG friends from out of town are invited (plus your families and friends). This will be anchored in Baldwin House, a housing co-op and mutual aid hub the RG Chapter has been involved in building. We will visit projects that inspire and inform our co-op dreams. We have space to host a limited out-of-town guests in our homes. RSVP and more info here: tinyurl.com/dclearningjourney [tinyurl.com/dclearningjourney]
Michigan Chapter
On May 10th, RG Michigan chapter members came together with our partner organizations—Detroit Action and the MI Rent Is Too Damn High Coalition—for a Housing Justice Deep Dive. Over homemade food, we strengthened relationships, deepened our partnership, engaged in political education, and heard powerful testimonials from local tenant organizers. We also fundraised each other and made pledges as part of our ongoing campaign to support the RITDH coalition’s tenant organizing and basebuilding efforts.

NO KINGS! June 14 Action
This June 14, we’re taking to the streets with poor and working class movements to say NO KINGS! Together, we will be participating in a nationwide mobilization to reject authoritarianism, corruption, and the concentration of power in the hands of the few. As Trump plans a $100 million military parade to glorify himself, communities across the country are standing up to say: America doesn’t answer to kings.
As young people with access to resources, platforms, and influence, we have a responsibility—and a real opportunity—to help shape a future rooted in equity, democracy, and shared prosperity. NO KINGS is more than a protest; it’s a moment to align our values with bold action, redistribute our resources, and stand in solidarity with frontline communities resisting authoritarian overreach.
This is about investing in people power and showing that leadership doesn’t come from wealth or titles—it comes from showing up. Find a NO KINGS protest near you [[link removed]] .
We encourage you to consider joining RG as a dues paying member [[link removed]] , and if you would like to get involved in your local chapter, please fill out this intake form [[link removed]] !
