Trump’s war on judges has caused Senate Democrats to take an unprecedented action:

Senate Democrats introduced a bill that would shift control of the U.S. Marshals Service from Trump’s Justice Department to a new special board whose members include the Chief Justice of the United States and other members of the Judicial Conference, a committee made up of judges.

The move is being made out of fear that Trump could have the U.S. Marshals conduct mass arrests of the judges in their protection with a single order - a fear only made possible because of Trump and MAGA’s consistent attacks on our courts in this second rendition of his fascist regime.

This shouldn’t happen in America. Our Founding Fathers designed our federal government to have co-equal branches of government and checks & balances to prevent things like this from ever happening.

But under Trump, our Constitution is being torn to shreds as he arrests political opponents & judges, defies court orders, and has made moves to strip the American people of their constitutionally protected rights of speech and assembly.

It should be no surprise then that Trump is taking his war on judges to the state where the Constitution was drafted - Pennsylvania.

Right now, MAGA extremists and right-wing billionaires like Elon Musk are trying to take down the three Democratic justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in their 2025 retention election. Their goal is to replace these judges with loyalists who will let Trump act as a dictator and ensure PA elections are no longer fair or competitive - turning it deep red.

Defend Our Courts is launching a counter attack in Trump’s war. PA law limits the ability of state Supreme Court justices to campaign - so we are stepping up in their stead.
