Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have been caught assaulting people on the streets, harassing and arresting them outside of their work places and homes, traumatizing their children and loved ones, and snatching up immigrants with no criminal history whatsoever—including many people who are legally present in this country with valid visas or green cards.

The worst part? ICE agents are disappearing people in broad daylight without identifying who they are or whether they have a lawful purpose to detain someone.

In fact, ICE agents are routinely forcibly taking people away while their faces are covered with masks or cloth, concealing their personal identities.

ICE agents covered their faces as they detained immigrants outside of a courthouse in Douglas County—a key county in Lauren Boebert's district.

ICE has been given the green light by Trump to ignore basic civil and human rights and to violate the constitutional freedoms that extend to every single person present on American soil.

This is not acceptable in America. And we absolutely must put immense pressure on every member of Congress, Democrat and Republican, to put an immediate stop to this.
