John, Pride has always been a protest.

The LGBTQ+ community and its allies have been fighting for equal rights for decades, and the work is far from finished.

Donald Trump and his cronies have been waging war against the LGBTQ+ community since his very first moments in office, when he ended federal recognition of transgender and nonbinary identities. Since then, more and more legislation has popped up specifically designed to silence, intimidate, and erase our most vulnerable communities.

Their agenda is based on hate and fear. Ours is based on love and defiance.
