"We do not let the far-left dictate culture in our state and our city"

Bellevue—"What this group is doing here is essential to reassert what is good in our public commentary and discourse," said WAGOP Chairman Jim Walsh, at the “Rattle in Seattle” on Tuesday. "It's pushing the pendulum back to the middle and recognizing everyone's first amendment right, under Article 1, sections 4 and 11 of the WA state Constitution to peaceably assemble to speak to important issues of the day."

The purpose of the rally was to hold Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell accountable for siding with violent Antifa anarchists in the aftermath of an evangelical Christian gathering at Cal Anderson Park in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. “We do not let the far-left dictate culture in our state and our city,” emphasized Chairman Walsh.

Thank you to all who attended the rally and for continuing to support the efforts of WAGOP.

Sincerely,

Matthew Frohlich
WAGOP Executive Director
