Last week, the Trump administration officially reversed a federal ban on rapid-fire gun accessories — devices that let semiautomatic rifles fire hundreds of rounds per minute, mimicking the function of a machine gun.

Forced-reset triggers and other rapid-fire devices have been implicated in horrific mass shootings — and now Trump’s DOJ is giving them the green light.
