President Trump elevated his attack on our democracy – this time targeting the judicial branch – in an unhinged all-caps social media post this week. While the rest of us were paying tribute to our fallen heroes on Memorial Day, Trump was lashing out at federal judges who are just doing their jobs.

He called them sick. America haters. Monsters.

I spoke to the Baltimore Sun about it, saying the attacks are so outrageous and extreme, “you would think this would be something that’s happening in a made-for-TV series about a president gone wild.”

But it’s no wonder the President is freaking out. We’re winning.

In 19 weeks, nearly 250 lawsuits have been filed by Americans across the country directly challenging the Administration’s lawless and unconstitutional actions. Federal judges have issued at least 171 court orders that block or pause them.
