Welcome back to E-PAC’s weekly newsletter. E-PAC is Chairwoman Elise Stefanik's leadership PAC which is focused on electing more GOP Women.
We hope you are having a great week! | Chairwoman Stefanik Calls for Review of Truman Foundation’s Scholarship Selections | This week, House Republican Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik called on the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation to thoroughly review the political imbalance in the selection process for scholarships. | The taxpayer-funded foundation, of which Chairwoman Stefanik is now a Board Member, awarded a scholarship to one of the Harvard students who co-authored that institution’s disreputable letter saying that Israel was "entirely responsible" for the October 7th, 2023 Hamas terrorist attack in Israel. | Chairwoman Stefanik is demanding full transparency and accountability to ensure that the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation does not become politicized at the expense of its mission and doesn’t reward those who defend or excuse acts of terrorism. | House Republican Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik stated – | “I was excited when I was recently appointed to serve as a Board Member of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation.
Unfortunately, today it has come to my attention that one of the 2025 recipients of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship funded by American taxpayers is a pro-Hamas, antisemitic student who was one of the authors of the disgraced Harvard letter saying that Israel was ‘entirely responsible’ for the Hamas attack that slaughtered over 1,200 innocent people and kidnapped over 250.
This scholarship must be rescinded and I am calling for a full review of the political imbalance in the scholarship selections.
This does NOT reflect American values for a scholarship program funded by hardworking U.S. taxpayers nor does it reflect the values of Harry S. Truman who was the first U.S. President to recognize the state of Israel." | Read more from Chairwoman Stefanik here. | Chairwoman Stefanik’s Full Remarks at Yeshiva University’s 2025 Commencement Ceremony | Last week, Chairwoman Stefanik was proud to accept Yeshiva University’s prestigious Presidential Medallion for Global Leadership, presented by Yeshiva’s President Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman, in recognition of her steadfast support for the U.S.-Israel alliance, her principled leadership on the world stage, and her unwavering commitment to religious liberty and American values. | House Republican Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik stated – | “Thank you very much to Rabbi Berman, whom I had the chance to hear deliver a beautiful and moving benediction at President Trump’s inauguration. Thank you to the Board of Yeshiva: I am truly honored to receive the Presidential Medallion from an institution I deeply admire. It is humbling to be associated with those recipients who have led with moral clarity, served this institution with distinction, and have used their gifts to defend our most precious ally Israel.
Class of 2025, you have had a safer, richer and deeper experience than most over the last 4 years because you chose this special University to attend.
As you go forward, carry with you the values that have guided this great institution and the ideals that are the foundation of our nation. Not only accept the responsibilities, but the moral obligations that come with membership in this grand American experiment in our Constitutional Republic.
I ask you to use the education you received here at Yeshiva, along with the unbreakable traditions and faith that you learned in your homes, and join me in the fight to restore our country to a place of light, moral clarity, and liberty and dignity enshrined in our Constitution." | | Indiana Congresswoman Erin Houchin Welcomes the Indy 500! | The most exciting day in American motorsports took place last weekend, with an estimated 350,000 fans in attendance at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Indy 500.

Bitcoin is such an important Global Strategic asset and it is not only important in the economy, but in our global defense because there are components to our defense. Even our military generals say that bitcoin is an important deterrent to aggression from other countries, especially from China.” | Watch more of Sen. Lummis’ speech here. | GOP Women at Home in Their Districts | Rep. Nancy Mace is traveling the Palmetto State to meet with her constituents in South Carolina’s 1st District, listening to their concerns and advocating for commonsense solutions for her constituents! | We wish all a joyful and meaningful Shavuot.
