NMU takes our tax dollars - and this is how they are spending it?! We should all be sending polite emails to the Office of the President, Dr. Tessman to inquire: why are you using our tax dollars for this agenda? BANNING BOYS FROM GIRLS' SPORTS: Michigan legislation to keep boys out of girls' sports was moved out of the State House last week. House Bill 4066 and House Bill 4469 now go to the State Senate. We would like to thank the primary sponsors on these bills, Representative Jason Woolford and Representative Rylee Linting, for sponsoring these pieces of legislation. We also appreciate the strong messages coming from State Representatives Jennifer Wortz and Brad Paquette and others on this important topic that will keep girls safe and ensure their voices are heard! Both bills now go to the Democrat-controlled State Senate. Please let your State Senator know that - no matter their party - we must make this legislation law. We will send an ALERT when best to start sending emails and phone calls to the Senate. RIGGING THE VOTE? Rank Choice Voting is a beast that is trying to rear its ugly head right now in Michigan.
