Earlier this week a reporter in the White House press corps triggered an unprecedented meltdown from President Trump when he asked the President about a new acronym making the rounds on Capitol Hill and Wall Street: T.A.C.O.

TACO stands for Trump Always Chickens Out referencing the president's flip flopping on tariff and other economic policies.

Voters aren’t stupid. Prices at the grocery store are still high. Inflation is still rising. And Trump has broken every promise he made about fixing the economy, making things even worse with his tariff folly.

These broken economic promises, Medicaid cuts, and scenes of masked ICE agents disappearing American citizens, including mayors and members of Congress, are coalescing to create a perfect storm that is alienating voters en masse and putting the House within arm’s reach for Democrats in 2026. 

Deep red districts we could’ve never dreamed of flipping are now in play because of the new landscape of 2025. We can flip these seats, but in order to do that, we need Democrats brave enough to run in them.

While D.C. focuses on high-profile battleground races, No Dem Left Behind will be focusing on overlooked, but equally important, rural races that aren’t making headlines in The Hill or Politico. When a candidate has the courage to run in tough districts, we ensure they have the firepower to pose a viable threat.
