Donald Trump’s White House attacked Alexandria on Wednesday!
This isn’t new. Donald Trump, Fox News, and other right-wing MAGA Republicans are obsessed with Alexandria.
This attack is a distraction. Trump is trying to divert attention away from the fact that House Republicans just voted to kick 13.7 million people off of their healthcare and stole food assistance from 11 million folks to give tax cuts to billionaires.
We’re intentionally not going into detail here because it would only give MAGA more things to be faux-outraged about.
Alexandria ran for Congress not from the left or the right, but from the bottom. She’s working to demand better for all of us and to fight for racial, social, environmental and economic justice.
How we respond to Trump’s attack at this moment is incredibly important.
