House Republicans are uncovering troubling evidence about former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and the questionable use of an autopen to sign major executive actions, including controversial pardons. We cannot let this go unchecked.

Reports indicate that Biden’s aides may have used an autopen to sign legislation and pardons, raising serious questions about who was truly making decisions in the White House. Was it Biden himself, or were unelected staffers acting without his full authorization?

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is leading the charge to investigate who was “running interference” for a president whose mental and physical capacity was in decline.

The American people deserve to know the truth:

• Who was calling the shots?
• Were Biden's sweeping pardons—including those for his own family members—legitimately authorized, or were they the work of aides exploiting a weak president?
