Dallas City Council on Wednesday adopted the 2025 Dallas Bike Plan, which sets targets for growing the city’s biking network while emphasizing safety, comfort, and maintenance. The Dallas City Council has voted to extend Southwest Airlines’ lease for 18 gates at Dallas Love Field (DAL) until September 2040.
