Did you know that the Los Angeles School Police Department has a tank and even had 3 grenade launchers?
Teachers spend their own money on school supplies, yet the LAUSD could afford a tank AND grenade launchers. There is no rational reason for a school to need those weapons of war.
It is clear that police forces across America are overly militarized -- that needs to end.
