It was a truly momentous week in Washington, and I could not be more fired up.

We’re on the verge of transformative victories for the American people...

The House Ways and Means Committee – that’s the tax-writing committee in the House – rolled out their reconciliation bill and it included four of my big 2025 priorities!

Here’s a quick summary of the four bills I’ve introduced that were rolled in:

No Tax on Tips – President Trump made a promise to get this done on the campaign trail and I’m proud to be leading the charge in the U.S. Senate. Finally getting the IRS out of the American people’s tipped income will benefit every waiter and waitress, bartender, cab driver, barber and beautician, and everyone who works hard to earn a living on tips.
Spectrum Pipeline Act – I’ve been out front working to increase commercial access to mid-band electromagnetic spectrum. When we do that, we will produce billions of dollars of new investment and hundreds of thousands of new jobs.
Education Freedom Scholarships – The House included a version of my school choice bill that would create a federal tax credit for individuals and businesses that donate to non-profit scholarship funds, a reform that will help students access a wider range of educational options. If passed, it will be the most significant federal school choice victory in history.
Invest America Act – Years from now, when people talk about the impact our Republican efforts have made, this is one of the landmark achievements they’ll talk about. Invest America is essentially 401ks for kids – it would create a private investment account for every child, with a $1,000 seed investment, that will allow for contributions and compound over their lives. This will empower every newborn child in our country to accumulate resources.
