HHS Makes Great Strides to Find Root Causes of Disease

In recent weeks, President Donald Trump and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., have announced new initiatives that could change the health of Americans. The new and improved HHS is now finding ways to get to the root causes of chronic disease, make our food supply safer, and cut programs that allow Americans to be treated as social experiments.
On February 13th, President Trump created the Make America Healthy Again Commission to find ways to end childhood chronic diseases. His executive order cites conditions such as autoimmune diseases, obesity, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), cancer, and autism. These diseases have sharply increased over recent years, leading experts to wonder if there are certain factors that have led to the growth in these conditions. The commission will look at a variety of potential causes, such as diet, environment, government policies, electromagnetic radiation, and even corporate influence. The final report on these studies was released last week.
