By cutting red tape and streamlining processes for the film and TV industry, the mayor’s executive directive will make it easier for studios and independent producers to shoot movies, television shows, and commercials here in Los Angeles — and help to create good-paying jobs across LA.

The film and TV industry is LA’s legacy — and this latest move is a renewal of our commitment to this city’s creative hub and the jobs that drive it.
