For years, Humane World Action Fund, formerly Humane Society Legislative Fund, has been on the front lines working to end horse abuse. We’ve been fighting to see crucial legislation like the Prevent All Soring Tactics (PAST) Act and the Save America’s Forgotten Equines (SAFE) Act passed into law. Achieving both life-changing bills during this Congress would protect show horses from abuse and finally prohibit U.S. horses being sent to slaughter across our borders!
