From our Moms Demand Action and Students Demand Action volunteers leading the charge in all 50 states and D.C. to the grassroots donors powering our work, this movement is built by people who want to put an end to the gun violence that kills 125 people every day and wounds hundreds more. • In Colorado, we fought for and won several gun safety bills in just one legislative session, helping communities in the Centennial state feel safer.
• And in Nevada, our volunteers successfully advocated at the Nevada State Legislature to raise the age to purchase and possess semiautomatic weapons.
