Working Families Party

John,

We are officially making our first Congressional endorsement of the midterms — Adelita Grijalva, who is running in a special election in Arizona’s 7th District.

She has a proven track record of fighting for working families in Arizona. And we NEED her help in continuing to push back against Trump’s attacks on Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. As well as fighting to fund public education, expand clean energy programs, and promote affordable housing.

Please split a donation today with WFP and Adelita Grijalva’s campaign, so we can put more working class leaders in office. The primary election is on July 15th, and we want all the early momentum we can get.

Right now, we have a Republican House majority whose sole desire is to give tax breaks to their billionaire donors, and throw millions of people off their health care.

And we simply cannot afford to let any more Republicans ascend to power in Congress — nor can we afford to elect Democrats who are too eager to “compromise” with Trump.

That’s why we’re endorsing Adelita today.

She understands the economic anxieties that people in our country are feeling. And like her father before her, she knows that we won’t get anywhere by playing nice with an opposition party that is actively throwing our nation into crisis after crisis.

Now more than ever, we need elected officials to lead with courage and integrity. So help us fight back against Trump and elect Adelita Grijalva in Arizona! Make a split donation today, and let’s put another WFP champion into office.

In solidarity,

Team WFP
