Development rights can be a tool to preserve natural areas.

The workshop will focus on the Transfer of Development Rights and Land Conservation and Local Infrastructure Programs in the Puget Sound region. Panelists from local jurisdictions will share lessons learned. This also will be an opportunity to review a toolkit and guidebook. This event is hybrid, with an in-person option at Bellevue City Hall with light food and beverages. Networking will follow. A meeting link will be emailed to participants who RSVP as attending remotely.
