Republicans just passed their bill to cut taxes for the wealthiest Americans while kicking millions of people off of Medicaid, slashing Medicare, and gutting food assistance programs — but even that isn't enough.

Buried deep in the bill is a measure that gives tanning bed companies a tax break.

That's right: Rural hospital beds? Forget it. Tanning beds? We're coming to the rescue.

It's ridiculous, it's shameful — and it's reflective of how beholden the GOP is to billionaires.
