Audience: Lead agency staff and other interested parties

Summary: DHS is working to answer lead agency questions and update resources to provide guidance about the MnCHOICES initial assessment validity extension and eligibility update policy change.

Audience: People who receive PCA, Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties

Summary: DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates throughout the transition.

Summary: DHS updated the AC and ECS eligibility worksheets because of annual updates to the federal income and eligibility standards. The updates are effective July 1, 2025.

Audience: Cost report preparers for PCA and CFSS agency model providers

Summary: DHS’ CFSS Cost Reporting Team will host three webinars that will include a demonstration and Q&A session about cost reporting for PCA and CFSS agency model providers. Participants only need to attend one of the three webinars.

Audience: Counties, tribal nations, contracted case managers, supervisors, workers and leaders who serve children in foster care with complex needs who require residential placement
